- Your out-of-pocket charge is dependent on your health insurance and your % of cover and for this reason, unfortunately, we cannot give you the exact fee you will pay

We accept various payment methods to accommodate your preferences:
Private Health Insurance: many services may be covered by private health insurance plans. Check your provider for coverage options:

Government Funding Programs
Some services are eligible for coverage under programs like Medicare, aged care programs and packages or the Department of Veteran Affairs (DVA).

- HCP - No Gap *depending on your coverage*
- Aged care - No Gap *depending on your coverage*
What is an EPC Program?
The Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) program is a referral only program from your GP which can provide up to 5 Medicare Physiotherapy sessions. The program is available to those with a musculoskeletal injury who also have a chronic or co-existing health condition. From 1st January 2024, we will be charging $35 out of pocket fee per session for medicare sessions
If you think you may be eligible for this program, please discus this option with your GP at your next visit. If approved by your GP, please bring along all your documents and green medicare card to your appointment so that we can process your plan and process your rebate on the spot.
