Who We Are
Established in 2021, in Nightcliff, out presence has grown, and we're excited to announce our expanded facility in Coconut Grove. This expansion allows us to accommodate a diverse range of individuals and their unique needs. Our enhanced space features a state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Gym, a Pilates studio, a dedicated clinical Pilates room, a massage room, and five private consulting rooms.
Our therapists all have an extensive skill set, specialisation and experience that covers all bases from general to complex conditions and injuries.
All team members conduct a minimum of 100 hours in professional development annually to keep us at the forefront of injury prevention, injury management and successful active rehabilitation research and trends to met your needs
How We Help You
The mission of Inner Balance team is to foster a healthy lifestyle, guiding you towards achieving your optimal physical well-being while making the journey enjoyable. We strive to inspire individuals to not only prioritize their physical health but also to eagerly anticipate and embrace the process of self-care.
Your journey begins with your initial consult, while we will develop a clear understanding of your goals with seeking treatment. We will then design your treatment plan around your goals, clinical findings and what is needed to achieve your desired outcome.
Your treatment plan will include the amount of time we think it will take, how many sessions will be required, and the advised frequency of treatment. Working with us and following your treatment plan will give you the best chance to perform the physical activity you miss from exercise to daily living tasks and hobbies

While her early pathway into physiotherapy began through a background in sport and performance, it was through her clinical experience that Rhiarna discovered her true passion — working with older adults to improve their independence, confidence, physical function, and overall quality of life. Over the past five years, she has dedicated her career to supporting the ageing population across the Darwin community, helping individuals navigate complex health conditions with a strong focus on function, longevity, and living well.
Rhiarna has extensive experience working with neurological rehabilitation, falls prevention, balance and mobility impairments, chronic health conditions, post-operative recovery, and age-related functional decline. She is deeply passionate about helping people continue doing the things they love through evidence-based rehabilitation, education, movement, and personalised physiotherapy care.

Leesa is an integral part of the Inner Balance Health team and has been with the clinic since the very beginning. Known for her strong work ethic and dedication, Leesa is often the one keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes — especially during our late shifts.
As a receptionist, Leesa brings a calm, reliable, and supportive presence to the clinic. She consistently goes above and beyond to ensure every client feels welcomed, cared for, and supported throughout their experience. Her attention to detail and commitment to the team make her an absolute asset to Inner Balance Health.
Alongside her role in reception, Leesa is currently studying Personal Training and Nutrition, further expanding her knowledge within the health and wellness space. She has a genuine passion for helping others and is always looking for ways to grow and contribute more to the team.
Leesa also plays a key role behind the scenes with content creation, often working on camera and supporting the visual side of the Inner Balance brand.
